By subscribing to John's Texts ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is operated by John Hasson ("we", "us", "John"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not subscribe.
The Service delivers market analysis, trading signals, and related commentary from John to your mobile phone via SMS and/or iMessage. The Service is informational only. Subscribers receive messages in real time as John sends them, filtered according to subscriber preferences where applicable.
CRITICAL: The Service does NOT provide investment advice, financial advice, trading recommendations, or solicitations to buy or sell any security.
All messages sent through the Service constitute John's personal opinions, observations, and analysis. They are provided for informational and educational purposes only. You should not make any investment decision based solely on information received through the Service.
John is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial professional. The Service is not a substitute for professional financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
Securities trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance — including any verified prediction record displayed on this site — is not indicative of future results. Any predictions shown were made in real time but do not guarantee future accuracy.
The Service is offered as a monthly subscription. The current introductory price is $0.50 per month, billed through Stripe.
We reserve the right to change the subscription price at any time. Price changes will apply to new subscribers and to existing subscribers at the start of their next billing cycle. Existing subscribers will be notified via text message before any price increase takes effect.
If you cancel your subscription and later resubscribe, the price may increase by $0.05 (five cents) for each previous cancellation. This mechanic is intentional and is not a billing error.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by texting "STOP" to the Service number. Cancellation takes effect immediately. You will not receive a refund for the current billing period but will continue to receive messages until the end of the period you've paid for.
By subscribing, you consent to receive SMS and/or iMessage messages from the Service at the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies based on John's activity and your preference settings. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
You may opt out of all messages at any time by texting "STOP". For support, text "HELP".

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, John shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any investment or trading decisions you make. The Service's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid in the preceding 12 months.
John does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Any reliance on information from the Service is at your own risk.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state where John resides, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via text message. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
